Q: What is the 12-Month Loyalty Package?

A: Our Loyalty Package is an upfront investment of £588 that covers 12 months of service. It grants you access to Pro Tier features and Pro Hardware at a significantly lower effective rate than our monthly plans. After 12 months, the plan transitions to a standard Pro Monthly subscription.
Q: Can I change my menu or AI responses after setup?

A: Yes. All Pro and Loyalty plans include one "Managed Maintenance" session per month where our team updates your prices, menus, or FAQs. Additional update requests within the same month are subject to a £25 Minor Change Fee.

A: We have three specialized versions: Food (for restaurants and takeaways), Local (for retail and convenience stores), and Glow (for hair, beauty, and wellness services).
Q: Do I get hardware with my Order Chat subscription?

A: Yes. Pro and Loyalty members receive our "Business Hero" hardware kit, which includes a professional tablet, a thermal receipt printer, and a stand. This hardware remains the property of Chat Workz and must be returned if the service is cancelled.

A: No. Unlike third-party delivery apps, Chat Workz operates on a fixed subscription model. You keep 100% of your sales revenue (minus standard payment processing fees from providers like Stripe).
Q: How does the 14-day free trial work?

A: You can try Chat Serv for 14 days with zero upfront cost. If you don't cancel by 5:00 PM on the 14th day, our system automatically bills the one-time setup fee and the first month's subscription on Day 15.
Q: Is the AI's information always accurate?

A: The AI is trained specifically on the data you provide (FAQs, website links, and price lists). While it is highly accurate, we recommend business owners review chat logs periodically. You can request training updates as your business evolves.
Q: Does the AI speak multiple languages?

A: Yes. Chat Serv can communicate fluently in over 50 languages, allowing you to serve every member of your local community effortlessly.
Technical & Support
Q: How long does setup take?

A: Once we have your business information, we typically have your Order Chat service up and running within 10 working days. Whereas we tend to get Chat Serv AI live within 3 to 5 working days.
Q: What happens if the hardware breaks?

A: As the hardware is owned and managed by us, we provide support and replacements for any technical faults. Damage caused by misuse may result in a replacement fee.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Monthly plans require 30 days' written notice. Loyalty Packages are 12-month fixed-term commitments and are non-refundable. Trial cancellations for Chat Serv must be submitted by email before the 14th day ends.
